Every hero story has someone watching over the city. Your kids have Someone watching over them — in every hallway, every lunch table, every hard day. Before this school year starts, we want to speak that truth over your student out loud, by name.

Share a prayer request when you register — a real person on our prayer team will pray over it, and we'll keep praying for your student all year long.

Hi, we're Metro Church.

We're a church family that meets Sundays at 10:30 AM at Epic Theatres Oakleaf — yes, a real church in a movie theater, which means comfy seats and great parking. We're big on family, real community, and helping people encounter Jesus in a way that actually connects to everyday life. You've never "been to church enough" to belong here. Come as you are.

FAQ
Is it really free?
Completely. Photos, blessing bags, coffee, Metro Kids — everything. This is our gift to Jacksonville families.
Do I have to register?
Nope! Walk-ins are 100% welcome. But registering takes 60 seconds and gets your kid a blessing bag with their name on it, plus your photo gallery link emailed to you.
What should we wear?
Whatever you're comfortable in — most people are in jeans. Kids are welcome to wear superhero gear (we'll have capes at the booth either way).
What time should we arrive?
The photo booth opens at 10:00 AM and service starts at 10:30. Come at 10:00 to beat the photo line. The booth reopens after service too.
What about my kids during service?
Metro Kids is a safe, secure, high-energy environment for babies through elementary — with a special back-to-school experience this Sunday. Prefer to keep the kids with you? Totally fine too.
We've never been to church / haven't been in years. Is that okay?
You're exactly who this Sunday is for. No one will single you out, ask you for money, or expect you to know anything. Come as you are.
Where do we park?
Epic Theatres Oakleaf has a huge free lot, and our parking team will be outside waving you to the best spots.
